The User expressly accepts, for all communications related to the use of the Website, and/or the contracting of services offered herein, the use of any of the means indicated above as a valid procedure for sending such communications, the User declaring that all data provided herein to ZARÉN are truthful and accurate, undertaking to communicate to ZARÉN any modification thereof.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts and tribunals that the applicable regulations establish as competent in each case for the resolution of conflicts.
